How access works

Education first. Then a review. Then introductions.

Purpose Built Network exists to do three things well: teach you how CMHC's MLI Select program actually works, review whether it fits your position, and introduce you to the licensed professionals who do the regulated work. Nothing more, and deliberately so.

IS

What this network is

An education and introduction platform for Canadians who want to own new purpose-built rental buildings in Alberta. The education is free and unusually complete. The review is a private conversation about fit, held to the program's published bars. The introductions are to independent licensed professionals who present real projects and handle real transactions.

IS NOT

What this network is not

Purpose Built Network is not a real estate brokerage, mortgage brokerage, lender, insurer, or law firm. Nothing on this site is investment, financing, tax, or legal advice. We do not list, advertise, offer, or trade in specific properties, and no project is identified anywhere on this site. Offers and advice come only from independent licensed professionals.

COST

What it costs you

Nothing, at any step. Education, review, and introductions are free to investors. Acceltra Digital Inc. is compensated through marketing and systems services to its partners and through licensed affiliates for regulated services, always disclosed. If that model ever changes, this page changes first.

01

Request access

Three questions, under a minute: your target acquisition range, how you would hold the investment, and what you own today. That is the entire form. No income, no net worth, no documents. The questions exist so the desk reviews a mandate, not a stranger.

02

Private review

A twenty-minute call with the desk, usually within 48 hours. We map your position against the program's published bars: net worth near 25% of the loan, liquid reserves of about $100,000 beyond your down payment and closing costs, status, and the experience requirement. Bands only, never documents, never exact figures. You leave knowing whether the program fits and what the path is.

03

Introductions

If the fit is real, we introduce you to the licensed side of the table: builder representatives who present current projects, and mortgage professionals who specialize in this program. They present, you decide, they transact. We stay what we are: the introduction.

Sheet 03 · Who you'll actually deal withLicensed · Independent

Who you'll actually deal with

Every regulated step is handled by an independent licensed professional. Depending on your file, that means:

01

Licensed builder representatives

Present specific projects, pricing, and terms. Licensed under Alberta's Real Estate Act where required.

02

MLI-specialist mortgage professionals

Structure and place the financing with CMHC-approved lenders. Licensed mortgage brokers.

03

Insurance advisors and lawyers

Builder's risk, title, structure, and closing. Licensed in their own professions.

You are never obligated to use anyone we introduce, and no introduction is contingent on anything but the review.
