Why project details are private, and who is allowed to present them

The awkward answer to why a pipeline is locked: we are not licensed to present projects, and the platform is built so it cannot accidentally start.

Every investor who finds this network asks the same question within about a minute. Why is the pipeline locked?

The honest answer is not scarcity marketing. It is that presenting a specific real estate project to an investor is a licensed activity, and Purpose Built Network is not licensed to do it.

What we are and what we are not

Purpose Built Network is an education and introduction platform, operated by Acceltra Digital Inc. It does two things: it explains how the programs work, and it introduces reviewed investors to licensed professionals who can act.

It does not present projects. It does not give investment advice. It does not advise on mortgages. Those are activities that belong to licensed mortgage brokers, licensed real estate professionals, builders and their representatives, and lawyers, each within their own registration.

That is not a modest disclaimer at the bottom of a page. It is the shape of the entire product, and it is why the site behaves the way it does.

What that means in practice

On the public site you see representative pipeline lines: a market, a code, a price band, a status. The economics are blurred and the cells are locked, because publishing the specifics of a real project to the open internet would be presenting it.

Inside the member portal, approved investors see more: every line, its full band, and its status. What they do not automatically see is a project's detail.

A line's detail becomes visible to a member only when three fields are recorded against it: the name of the licensed representative presenting it, that person's license number, and their organisation. When those are present, the detail appears with an attribution line naming them, and with a statement that the information is provided by that representative and that Purpose Built Network is not the presenter.

When they are not present, the member sees the summary and a button to request a presentation, and the desk arranges an introduction to the person who is licensed to give it.

Built so it cannot drift

There is a version of this that is a policy in a document, which someone eventually forgets under deadline. That is not what this is.

The rule is enforced in the database and in the code that reads it. The page that shows a line to a member does not fetch the detail unless the attribution fields are complete. Not fetched and then hidden. Not fetched at all, so there is no version of the page where a rendering mistake or a future refactor could leak it.

The desk can write and save project detail at any time, because staging material before a representative is assigned is legitimate work. It simply cannot be presented until someone is accountable for presenting it.

Why this is better for you, not just safer for us

The instinct is to read all of this as friction. It is worth considering the alternative.

A platform that publishes deal specifics to anyone who lands on it is either not dealing in real projects, or is presenting them without accountability. In the first case the pipeline is marketing. In the second, the person telling you about the building has no registration standing behind what they said, and no obligation that attaches to it.

When a project is presented to you here, a named individual with a license number and an organisation is presenting it. That is a person with professional obligations, professional oversight, and something to lose. The attribution is not paperwork. It is the answer to the question of who is responsible for what you were just told.

What we do ask you

Three questions about your mandate: the acquisition range you are targeting, how you intend to hold, and what you own today. That is enough to know which lines fit you.

We do not ask your net worth, your income, or your liquid capital in any form, ever. Those matter, and they are discussed privately with a person at review. A form that collects an investor's financial position before anyone has spoken to them is collecting sensitive data it has not yet earned.

What this does not tell you

This describes how this platform operates and why. It is not legal advice about licensing, and it is not a statement about any other platform's obligations. Investors should satisfy themselves about the registration of anyone presenting them a project, here or anywhere.
